Our team of professionals at Excel Pools and Landscaping bring together many different specialties to make your pool and its surroundings more than you dreamed. We have nearly 20 years of experience in designing, constructing and landscaping in-ground gunite pools in the North East Texas area.
Byron Utz,
owner, is the fourth generation in a family of landscape contractors. With a B.S. in horticulture from Texas A&M University, Byron utilizes his design skills to make our pools and outdoor projects unique and complete.
Byron’s son, Alden Utz
who has a B.S. in business management from Stephen F. Austin State University, joined our team in 2018 as project manager.
Byron and Alden work together to ensure that your outdoor project, whether pool, patio or landscaping, is of the highest quality and reflects the taste and style of our clients.
